Rob is a former secondary teacher (10 years), principal (8 years),and current district office administrator with experience at all levels, K-12, and a doctorate in educational leadership from the University of Oregon. His workshops and presentations are research-based, grounded in best practice, thought provoking, and come from a wealth of experience in transformational, systemic change. He has written two books, taught courses at three universities, and presented at state and national school conferences on the topics of school improvement, leadership, and systemic change. Utilizing audience participation, technology, and humor, Rob can not only present ideas in ways that are engaging and easily applied, but also work with leadership teams to help them implement complex change in a systemic way.
