Keri King is a kindergarten and primary intervention teacher at Los Peñasquitos Elementary School in San Diego, California. Over the past eleven years she has been deeply committed to her students and the teaching profession. Her "no excuses" attitude is evident as she works with students from a wide variety of socioeconomic, ethnic and linguistic backgrounds. Keri has taken on many leadership roles as well as having published many teacher resource books in the areas of literacy and math. She maintains a focused view that enhances instruction within the classroom, and thinks globally in a way that makes school a better place for children.
