Fran has been an educator for ten years. Using innovative and comprehensive approaches as a school counselor, Fran has achieved highly successful results at several elementary schools. The San Diego Charger's, San Diego County Office of Education, and California Department of Education have acknowledged her work as an educator. Fran was recognized in 2004 as the District Counselor of the Year.
